It was Sunday, 11 a.m. From the start it was clear that the first Mini Cooper meeting at Aristotelous Square was going to be successful. The sun was shining from the beginning of that day and the people of Salonica readily walked out of their houses. Those who were crossing by the event square, had the unusual chance to marvel close quarters so many historical cars. More than 30 Minis from Salonica took part in the meeting, but also 12 visitors from Athens,
who attained to help and joy.
There was a poll too! All mini owners voted for the best cars of the gathering. The rivalry was so hard, that the first two cars had equal rank in the end (rightfully, however, the older one took pole position). Later, the cars were driven through the streets to gather at the Castles, for some commemorative photos.
The meeting rejoiced everyone - and surely not only the Mini owners that keep them in great condition with love, proving that the Mini Cooper keeps on touching its adorers everywhere in the world...
